Quotes, taxes and currency

Quotes show the total price in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) unless another currency is agreed. Taxes and fees are itemised. The provider is a single-tax payer; VAT is not charged unless indicated. Bank, card and conversion fees are the customer's responsibility.

Inclusions, exclusions and extras

Quotes cover the agreed route, vehicle class, standard luggage and listed items. Unless included, tolls, parking, entry fees, waiting beyond the free period, extra stops, additional luggage, child seats and out-of-area surcharges are excluded. Free waiting periods and rates are shown before confirmation; extra stops must be agreed in advance.

Transport licensing and insurance

For paid passenger road transport, carrier registration, licence and vehicle/insurance details are provided where required by the Law of Ukraine No. 2344-III of 05.04.2001 on Road Transport and the Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015 on Licensing of Types of Economic Activity. Unlicensed private carriage is not presented as licensed chauffeur transport.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 on Consumer Protection. Booking, cancellation and refund rules are provided before confirmation.
