Operational facts
Sedans, minivans and vans are registered to our own fleet. The vehicle assigned to your route is the vehicle that arrives.
Every driver holds a valid passenger-transport licence and a clean record check renewed each year.
Cover applies to all seated passengers for the full length of the route, including rest stops and border waiting.
You receive a written quote with inclusions and exclusions before a coordinator checks availability. Nothing is charged on request.

Coordination protocol
Dispatch runs 08:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Saturday. A request that arrives outside those hours is opened the next dispatch morning, and the response window starts then.
Step 01 · Route request
Origin, destination, pickup time, passenger count and luggage volume. Vehicle class can stay open here; the coordinator proposes one from the published capacity figures.
Step 02 · Coordinator confirmation
Your coordinator verifies that a vehicle is free on the requested date, fixes the class, and states the advance notice still required for that route.
Step 03 · Written itinerary
Pickup address, chauffeur contact, vehicle class, luggage allowance, inclusions, exclusions and the cancellation window sit in one file.

Vehicle classes
Three classes cover every intercity route we quote. The passenger and luggage limits below are confirmed maximums. A group beyond them needs a second vehicle, and the coordinator says so before a booking is confirmed.

Bag counts above the listed allowance can usually be moved with a second vehicle arranged in advance. State the exact bag count when you request a quote, and check typical durations on the route coverage matrix before choosing a class.

Ranges below cover a private vehicle, chauffeur time, fuel and luggage loading. Final figures are confirmed in writing once a coordinator checks availability for your date.

Dispatch terms
Confirmation steps, waiting allowances, luggage limits and cancellation terms for intercity chauffeur transfers.
Send the route, date, passenger count and luggage total. A coordinator replies with a quote within 2 business hours during dispatch hours, and the booking is confirmed only after vehicle availability is checked by hand. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
Waiting time is included for 30 minutes at a city address and 60 minutes after a flight arrival, counted from the scheduled pickup or landing time. Additional waiting time is billed per started hour and shown on the final invoice, never added silently.
Executive Sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 large suitcases, Minivan up to 6 passengers with 6 large suitcases, and Van up to 8 passengers with 10 large suitcases. Luggage above that allowance cannot travel in one vehicle, so tell us in advance and a second vehicle will be scheduled.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows, defined as 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup without contact, are charged in line with the published pricing and fees policy. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Most intercity routes are scheduled with 12 to 24 hours of notice, and longer routes may require more. Early morning departures and multi-stop itineraries are best confirmed a day ahead so the vehicle and chauffeur hours can be blocked.
