2. Booking, price, cancellation
A contract is formed on our written confirmation. Quotes are valid 24 hours for the stated route, date, passengers and luggage. Price, cancellation and refund rules and the complaint procedure are disclosed before the distance contract is concluded; refunds use the original payment method. 3. Availability, driver, vehicle
Times are estimates and a vehicle of equal or higher class may be substituted. Drivers hold the licences required for the carriage performed; licence, vehicle and insurance details are in the booking confirmation; unlicensed private carriage is never presented as licensed chauffeur transport. 4. Liability and acceptable use
We are liable for direct loss from our breach within statutory limits, not for events beyond reasonable control. Do not misuse the site, give false details or book unlawful carriage. Promotions are identified as advertising and never mislead. Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
5. Complaints
Claims to info@cookingreciless.com with booking reference; reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court. Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
