This disclaimer explains the conditions under which cookingreciless.com provides passenger road transport booking services in Ukraine. It applies together with our published service terms, price list, booking, cancellation and refund rules, complaint procedure and provider identification, as required before any distance contract under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
Booking confirmation and availability
All prices, routes and time slots shown on this website are invitations to book, not confirmed offers. A ride or transfer exists only after we send a written booking confirmation by email or SMS. Before that confirmation, the service is subject to vehicle availability, driver availability and route conditions, and no binding obligation arises for either party.
No guarantee of time, arrival or border crossing
Any pickup, drop-off or travel time shown is an estimate. We do not guarantee on-time arrival, journey duration, connection with flights, trains, ferries or other transport, or passage through checkpoints and border crossings. Traffic, weather, road works, security measures, border procedures are outside our control. You are responsible for allowing sufficient time margins.
No affiliation with third parties
cookingreciless.com is an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any airport, airline, hotel, railway, tour operator or government authority. Airport and terminal names are used only to describe pickup points. We do not present unlicensed private carriage as licensed chauffeur transport. Where a service requires a carrier licence or transport registration, our identification details and licence information are displayed on this website in line with Закон України «Про автомобільний транспорт» від 05.04.2001 № 2344-III and Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» від 02.03.2015 № 222-VIII.
Advertising accuracy
We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate and identifiable as advertising where required, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Obvious errors and technical faults do not bind us, and we may correct them before confirming a booking.

Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@cookingreciless.com or +380 989 908 9170 with your booking number and details. We confirm receipt and respond within the period set by the service terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, as provided by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX. Personal data is processed as described in our privacy notice under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 17.04.2025 № 4004-IX.
