Name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off points, travel dates, passenger count, message text, and technical data (IP address, device, browser, pages viewed).
3. Purposes and lawful basis
We use data to prepare quotes, conclude and perform distance contracts, answer enquiries, keep accounting records and prevent fraud. Bases: consent, contract performance and legal obligation. Processing follows Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 17.04.2025 № 4004-IX.
4. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and trackers that process personal data are enabled only after your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
5. Retention
Quote requests: 12 months. Confirmed bookings and related records: 3 years or the term required by accounting law. Consent records: until withdrawal plus 12 months.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent by writing to info@cookingreciless.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with hosting, analytics and payment providers acting on our instructions, or with authorities where the law requires it.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send claims to info@cookingreciless.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
