Cancellation and Refund Policy

These rules form part of the distance contract concluded before booking.

1. Provider

2. Customer cancellation

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@cookingreciless.com; the time of receipt applies.

3. Waiting time and no-show

Waiting is free for 15 minutes at street addresses and for 45 minutes at airports from landing. After that the booking is treated as a no-show: the full fare is charged and no refund is due.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days; bank processing may add time. Completed rides, waiting time and no-show charges are non-refundable.

5. Extra stops, tolls and parking

Extra stops are agreed before the ride and charged per stop at the confirmed rate. Road tolls, parking and airport access fees are charged at cost and itemised on the receipt.

6. Complaints and disputes

Claims with the booking number to info@cookingreciless.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or to a court.

7. Transport and personal data

Licence and vehicle insurance details are provided on request; private carriage is not offered as licensed chauffeur transport. Non-essential cookies and trackers run only with prior consent (see Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy).
